This is my favorite running shoe hands down.
They are light enough to run races but have enough padding that they don’t kill the knees.

I was fitted for this running shoe at the store. After trying on numerous shoe and taking these Mizuno’s for a run around the block, I chose these over all the others. I’m a neutral runner, which these shoes are fitted for. I must say, the shoes are awesome!! I am ordering the second pair on Amazon because all the stores in Hawaii are sold out and I received a gift card for Christmas. I honestly believe these are the best shoes I’ve ever ran in and highly recommend these shoes. The only and I mean only somewhat negative thing about them is that the shoes is white, which isn’t the best for offroad running if you like looking pretty. But really, who cares? Get these!!
